How can I get a quote?

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! If there is anything specific we need to see, or that you have questions on, you are free to email or send a clear photo if that is more convenient for you.

Are cleaning supplies included?

All supplies are included. If there is a special de-odorizer or scent you like to use in your normal routine, we are happy to add it to our cleaning solutions. Otherwise, we provide our own materials.

What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away, and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by!

Scheduling Questions

Can I get a same-day booking?

While we do not guarantee same-day bookings, we can often meet this requirement.

Do I have to be home or present for my cleaning?

We know everyone has a busy schedule. If you cannot be home, or stay for the duration of the service call, please leave instruction on how to access the areas to be cleaned.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?

Yes! However, in few cases where your cleaner may be late, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

When am I charged for the service?

You are not charged until the service has been completed.

How many cleaners do you send?

One cleaner is sent to your home. If the job requires more than that for any reason, we will notify you prior.

Are Deep Kleen Services cleaners screened?

Absolutely! Employees go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews.
